Do you provide a trial period?

After registration, you will be able to use a free 14-day trial of the Chaport PRO version.

What happens when a free 14-day trial period expires?

Your account will be automatically switched to a forever-free plan. Paid features will be disabled.

What does "$X for the operator / month" mean?

When switching to a paid plan, the price is based on the number of operators specified by you. This is how many operators can work simultaneously. Note that you can have any number of registered operators.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal and by Visa or MasterCard card. The processing of payments is handled by Paddle (UK).

How to upgrade to the PRO plan?

Go to Settings → Billing.
