Auto-invitations are automatic messages based on specified rules and sent to website visitors on behalf of an operator. Their main task is to attract visitors' attention and increase the number of incoming chats.
Auto-invitations are the main tool for increasing sales. They engage more visitors who have questions and encourage them to start a conversation with you, so that you had an opportunity to help them and win a deal.
We don't recommend disabling auto-invitations, as it can decrease the number of incoming chats. At the same time, don't use auto-invitations too aggressively.
By default, after registering an account, an auto-invitation is created with a standard greeting text:
To change the message text, as well as the rules by which it's sent, go to Settings → Auto-Invitations and click on the
i icon on the right of the auto-invitation name.
